SHMAKOVKA OPEN
“Golf-Park DV” employees took part in SHMAKOVKA OPEN tournament held on April 29 - May 01, 2018 in Shmakovsky golf club.
The competition was organized by Primorsky Regional Golf Federation in Gornye Klyuchi settlement and was held during 3 days: trainings during the first day, competitions during two other days. Both experienced golfers and first-timers became the tournament participants. All in all 12 men, 7 women and 5 children took part in the competitions.
The game was held at Pitch and Putt course of Shmakovsky golf club. During the first competition day the participants walked 2 rounds (36 holes) “for the number of hits” in the individual event.
At the second competition day the team event was held when the pairs consisting of the best and worst team were formed. It leveled the playing field. The flights were different and very interesting, it made the game very exciting.
As a result of the “Best Hit” team event “Golf-Park DV” employees were in the medals. The results were as follows:
1st place – Rubtsov Nikita and Labutin Sergey (Director General of “Golf-Park DV”)
2nd place – Pak Mikhail and Ivanova Kseniya (Vladivostok Golf Club project marketer)
3rd place – Nikolaenko Evgeny amd Farizanov Radik.
“After practicing at the simulator it was very interesting to play at a real course, to feel the game, - Labutin Sergey,” Director general of Golf-Park DV” says. - Many thanks to my co-player Nikita Rubtsov for efficient game as well as the management of Shmakovsky golf club represented by Pak Mikhail Pavlovich and tournament chief referee Pak Vyacheslav. I hope that by working together we will be able to develop golf in the Far East and broaden the appeal of the game”.

It is indeed the case. I’ve been through a huge experience and a lot of pleasure when playing for the “Best Hit”. I’ve learnt a lot of nuances about golf etiquette and its rules. I have learnt to be patient and self-controlled, to calculate the force of a hit and its trajectory. I will be pleased to take part in the tournaments in future.”
The next Open golf tournament will be held on June 10-12, 2018 for the award of Eastern Defense Enterprise “Granite” belonging to JSC Concern VKO “Almaz-Antey” in Gornye Klyuchi settlement.
