On January 31, 2020, construction of Vladivostok Golf Club & Resort golf club entered its first active phase.
In the beginning of September 2019, the administration of the Nadezhdinsky district has issued a permit for the construction of Vladivostok Golf Part & Resort project to Golf-park DV LLC. Tree-clearing permission was received in October.
