CONSTRUCTION OF VLADIVOSTOK GOLF CLUB & RESORT HAS STARTED!

Currently, roadbuilding works are being carried out to extend the road to construction site. At present, 2 excavators, 1 bulldozer, 1 compaction roller, 10 dumping trucks and 22 people are involved in construction on the site. The contractor in charge of construction is LLC Magistral.

Very soon now, the first grand-scale golf club in the Russian Far East will appear near Vladivostok featuring a unique eco-zone, an 18-hole 6650 m-long golf course, a package year- round resort with tennis courts, SPA complex and family recreational area, and a country residential cluster with cozy cottages surrounded by picturesque scenery and golf course.

It is worth reminding that the construction of golf park started in 2019: on September 04, the Administration of Nadezhdinsky municipal district of Primorsky region granted a building permit for construction of golf park and infrastructure to the project developer – LLC “Golf-Park DV”. On September 11, 2019 the developer obtained a vegetation clearance permit for the construction site. The team of the Finnish company GolfArk LLC, including globally renowned golf designer Ronald Fream whose designs rank among Top 100 best golf courses, started designing the golf course. In early October 2019, the project team under the supervision of the project architect, Managing Director of GolfArk LLC Jari Rasinkangas visited the site and identified the areas and types of activities for the near future.
