Construction permit has been obtained

In the beginning of September 2019, the administration of the Nadezhdinsky district has issued a permit for the construction of Vladivostok Golf Part & Resort project to Golf-park DV LLC. Tree-clearing permission was received in October.

Vladivostok Golf Club & Resort is a unique project for Russia, which includes construction of a 18-hole world-class golf course with a total area of 29.1 hectares. The project also includes a large-scale eco-zone, golf club, golf academy, tennis courts, SPA complex, skate park, equestrian club, winter sports center and a water park.  Residential cluster with cozy houses surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes and a golf course is also an important part of the project. The project is aimed at developing sports and attracting visitors not only from Primorsky Territory, but also from Asia-Pacific countries.

Golf course design was completed by the Finnish company GolfArk and world-famous golf designer Ronald Freem – a member of the GolfArk team.

Project investments are a completely private.
