Ronald Fream in the territory of Primorye

The team of foreign golf course designers headed by one of the best golf architects of the world Ronald Fream inspected the land plot with area of 310 ha near Alekseevka village and held a number of meetings with “Golf-Park DV” company.

From July 18 till July 22 the globally renowned golf designer Ronald Fream visited Primorsky region and started designing the golf course in Nadezhdinsky district.

The other participants of two-day preliminary inspection were Director General of GolfArk company Jari Rasinkangas, Executive Director of TIGRE DE CRISTAL Craig Ballantyne and employees of LLC “Golf-Park DV” and LLC “Areal-Real estate” companies.

According to Evgeny Khokholkov, Manager of Project VLADIVOSTOK GOLF CLUB & RESORT, the concept implies the development of an attractive multifunctional eco-design of the plot development with the adequate quality of residential and commercial properties, recreation, sports, health improvement, offering and providing for the highest quality of services and facilities for residents, tenants and visitors. It is planned to build a club house, golf school, driving range, tea houses, sports shop, hotels and a condominium in the territory of the complex.

“Golf-Park DV” will build the eco-settlement with recreational and sports components on the plot with area 3.1 mln sq. m in the territory adjacent to the Aleikseevka settlement.
